about

An ALT COUNTRY song Inspired by a trip out to the dustbowl that was Western New South Wales where the drought was so bad people were just locking the gate and leaving, combined with the heart-breaking story of one woman who had to drive trucks at night and then tend her drought stricken farm all day. A powerful story backed by some powerful music. A lot of emotion went into producing this track. Ironically by the time this song was released the draught had broken and we'd had both flood and fire up and down the east coast as well as inland. That's Australia.
